I live on Dalhousie Street. I also lived in this area (the Byward Market) in the mid-90s, when there were a hell of a lot more hookers. Some city councillor decided to eliminate all left turns in the Market to cut down on the hookers -- and it seems to have worked. They've all gone to Chinatown.
