All players and player-run orders may build their own bases. While a minimum quality level is expected, anachronism and other weird is permitted in private bases that is not allowed in normal public zones. If you are building a personal area, or an area for your orders, suppliers may give discounts for excellent work.

Basic amenities
The following amenities are available to all orders, with costs given in silver:

Middle class members pay 2X above prices, since they require superior workmanship. Noble class pay 4X, since they require the most painstaking of all.
The following are available to only middle and upper class:

Nobles pay 2X above listed cost, since they require more highly credentialled staff members, and more elegant workmanship.
The following are available to nobles only:
- Gatekeepers 1000k

Shops
Permanent shops may be purchased to exist within your personal house or headquarters.
The following item types are available to all organizations, at a cost of 10X the base value of the item for low class, 20X for middle class, and 40X for noble class:
- Weapons and Armor
- Food and Drink
- Containers and Clothing
- Jewelry, Treasure and Gems
- Lights
- Boats
- Keys (to rooms in the area only)
The following item types are available to middle and upper class buyers only, at a cost of 5000X base cost of the item:
- Staves
- Wands
- Potions
- Pills
- Scrolls
Magical items of any kind not detailed above are negotiable, for a minimum of 10000X base cost of the item, and available to noble class only.
Locations
Due to the influx of new establishments in Bel Arethuse, other areas are offering cheaper residental construction costs, and the cost of building in Bel Arethuse has risen. The following cities are available to all for construction, at the modifiers given:
- Bel Arethuse: +250%
- Ammortous: -25%
- New Thalos: -10%
- Imperial Thalos: -35%
- Ilvanadon: -50%
In effort to spur offplane settling, suppliers offer a 50% discount to all construction costs in Malaricon. A similar discount is given in Munesol, with the exception of the city of Castille.
Discounts based off proximity to the nearest city will also be given for personal areas and headquarters built outside city walls.
Room and furniture magic
Rooms and furniture may be enhanced to provide greater recovery of mana and hit points. Maximum enhancement for low class is 150%, maximum for middle class is 200%, and maximum for upper class is 250%.
Cost for furniture ranging from 101% to 150% recovery is 75 silver X number of people seated X % gained, + cost of furniture. Therefore, a low-class seat for two, with a heal rate of 125%, would cost (75 X 2 X 25) +1 or 3750 silver.
Cost for furniture ranging from 151% to 200% is double the above, and cost for furniture ranging from 201% to 250% is quadruple.
Cost for healing rooms is calculated in gold, at a rate of 75 gold per point between 101% and 150%, 150 per point between 151% and 200% 300 per point between 201% and 250%.
