Present
After a long period where all gods fell so silent that many openly claimed they did not even exist, and the universe was as quiet as a cloakroom, powerful figures began to reappear. All gods entered into a covenant where they would grant authority over their faithful to an avatar, and the avatar should rule the church as themselves. While the avatars were subject to the rule of their superior, they were also permitted to establish centers of learning for those who gave themselves freely to the new order. The avatars are Mapelias, Isevain, Pafos, Shetrevar, Ulcyk, Galade and Kauri. They are currently marshalling their resources.
